Choose one or all three rooms for your next event: Agriculture Production RoomAgriculture Leaders Room and Agriculture Science Room. Agriculture Meeting Rooms are perfect for breakout sessions, smaller functions, and work groups. Each room is the same size and allows for a wide range of setups. Our event staff will work with you to create the best setup for your event. 

The hallway directly outside the rooms are included for your use as part of the rental. These areas are often used for catering, registration or as an extension to a reception. There are floor to ceiling picture windows with views to the courtyard.

    The following are standard items with room rental:

    • Standard audiovisual package
    • Two wall-mounted dry erase boards.
    • 81' of tackable wall surface.
    • Furniture:
      • 60" rounds, 30" bistros, 8-foot, 6' and 5' foot rectangular tables and standing cocktail tables are available for use.
      • Chairs.
    • Black linen.
    • Table skirts.

     

    Additional Event Support

    Audiovisual Services

    For presentations, each room is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology including an integrated Smart Podium. Basic package includes:

    • Podium with installed gooseneck microphone and Windows-based PC.
    • 6000 lumen projector.
    • Presentation slide advancement remote with laser pointer.
    • One wireless handheld or lapel microphone (these cannot be used simultaneously).
    • Installed PA sound system.
    • 12' x 12' screen.
    • Audiovisual assistant (1/2 hour).
    • Free high-speed, complimentary wireless internet.
