Featuring Ashleigh Shelby Rosette, PhD

We know that women continue to face challenges when it comes to excelling in the workplace. We're learning even more, now, about ways that the "glass ceiling" looks different for different women--ways in which intersecting identities of race, class, sexuality and other social categories make different women experience the workplace in very different ways. Professor Rosette will explore some of these differences among women's experiences at work and how this awareness can help us work together to make better working conditions for all women according to their unique needs and experiences.
