Standard Audiovisual Package

For presentations, each room is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology including an integrated smart lectern. Basic package includes:

• Integrated lectern with installed gooseneck microphone and Windows-based PC.
• 6000 lumen projector.
•  Smart switches to recognize new devices.
• Presentation slide advancement remote with laser pointer.
• 1 wireless handheld or lapel microphone (cannot be used simultaneously).
• Installed PA sound system.
• 12' x 12' screen.
• AV Assistant (1/2 hour).
• Free high-speed, complimentary wireless internet. 

Additional Event Equipment and Services *

• Wired Ethernet connection (upon request).
• Conference phone.
• Host web conference meetings such as Zoom or WebEx.
• Provide basic audio recordings.
• Document camera.
• DVD/VCR combo unit.
• Extension cords and power strips.

Video Recording or Live Streaming

Please note:

While we do not have the ability to video record or live stream in house, we can easily outsource these services upon request. If you are considering video/audio recording your event, we will assist you in making the proper arrangements.

The LaSells Stewart Center partners with Media Services at Oregon State University to support conferences, events, workshops, or performances with the most sophisticated audio and visual capabilities. The broad spectrum of technology capabilities offered by Media Services suit any size group.

Computer Presentations

Each lectern has a VGA and aux headphone cable for connection of personal computers or devices. Although we carry most of the common VGA adapters for Mac and Windows-based devices, we request you bring yours if you have one. It is recommended that you bring a thumb drive with your presentation to upload directly to the installed computer in our lectern.

We request that presenters arrive with plenty of time to test presentations on either our equipment or their own devices. If you do not allow time for testing prior to your event, we cannot guarantee that our staff will be able to get your presentation running by the time you need it.
