To use any of the spaces outside of our facility, make sure to carefully read the information below. In order for us to be able to more accurately assist you in finding the appropriate information, please select the appropriate link below.
**Please note that effective September 1, 2017, a $20-$50 administrative fee will be charged for all Campus Grounds Use Permit Requests.
Campus Grounds Use Request MUST be submitted at least 14 days before the event date.
*Any events involving alcohol MUST be submitted at least 21 days before the event date.
Helicopter Landing: Please contact Public Safety.
If your event involves City of Corvallis property or roadways (e.g. marathons, marches, etc.) you will need a Parade Permit. This process can take up to 4 weeks. *Many city streets and transit routes cross through campus, call (541) 766-6924 to check if the area is City property.
If your event is on Oregon State University campus, contact the following to reserve or obtain information on these areas. You will still need to fill out the Campus Grounds Use Request form.

Learning Innovation Center (LINC) - check room availability on web veiwer to book a room. This starts the process to schedule an event.

Collaborative Efforts: Maximizing use requires a collaborative effort by all users to: Conserve Energy, Minimize Impact, Recycle, Manage Waste, and Restore Grounds.
Safety: Personal safety and risk management strategies and plans must be a core part of every event planned on campus.
Recycling: OSU encourages you to provide recycling and/or compost bins at events. Request recycle bins through Campus Recycling.
Road Closures/Construction: OSU is experiencing a high volume of construction this year. Please refer to the Closure Notices, Construction Traffic and Safety, and Current Projects webpages to see the most updated information. OSU asks that visitors onto campus please be aware of their surroundings.
