We have joined together! The OSU Merchant Expo/Supplier Showcase and the Event & Travel Planners Tradeshow is now the OSU Supplier Showcase, Event and Travel Planner Expo! Brought to you by Procurement and Contract Services a division of Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management (PCMM) and University Conference Services (CS).
PCMM and CS are focusing on a new vision for the expo that will strengthen strategic sourcing efforts and obtain the best possible value in the contracts and vendors available to OSU faculty and staff. The Expo will be designed to support these efforts and to provide educational and business value to both campus attendees, as well as participating suppliers. The goal for the event is to connect OSU staff in the market for goods, services, and event and travel planners with suppliers interested in doing business with OSU. Come, explore and learn what these vendors have to offer.
Suppliers featured at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center: Exhibit participation is by invitation only and will feature OSU suppliers. This will be an opportunity to talk with OSU suppliers about your college or department’s procurement needs, discover new suppliers and learn more about the goods and services they provide. PCMM staff will also be at this event and available for discussion. (Please note that this event does not include construction-related goods and services.)
Suppliers featured at The LaSells Stewart Center: Vendors from around the region will be onsite to talk with you about area venues, hotel accommodations, catering options, promotional items, printing options, transportation alternatives and more!
All OSU Faculty and Staff are invited to attend, there is no cost to you-all we ask is that your pre-register for planning purposes!
