The LaSells Stewart Center offers a list of professional caterers who can handle anything from a simple coffee break to an elegant banquet dinner. Local caterers provide exceptional service and a wide variety of options at affordable rates for groups of various sizes. You can count on our local caterers to create and deliver the perfect menu to meet the needs of your event with a creative touch to the location of your choice.
Note that all food and beverages consumed in the OSU Conference Center MUST be provided by a licensed, insured, and approved caterer. All caterers are charged a catering fee that is a percentage of the event's total food and beverage cost. The list does not indicate endorsement of the caterers by the OSU Conference Center.
a. ONLY Beer and wine service is allowed on a permit basis at LSC.
b. OSU & OLCC Alcohol Registration forms MUST be submitted to the Office of Risk Management no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Procedural questions should be addressed to the Office of Risk Management at (541) 737-7252.
c. Proof of an OLCC liquor license or day permit and a $1,000,000.00 (one million dollars) liquor liability insurance policy naming OSU as additional insured must be furnished to the Office of Risk Management at the time the application is submitted.
d. It is the responsibility of the licensed alcohol server to curtail service of alcoholic beverages when necessary. The facility staff may curtail service of alcoholic beverages to anyone on the premises at any time.
*All alcohol service must be pre-approved one month prior to event.
